Northern Districts Cricket facilitates all levels of cricket. With 6 district associations, 512 club and business house teams and 753 secondary and primary school teams, Northern Districts is helping create a game for everyone.
For the last 20 years, the Northern Knights represented the men, the Northern Spirit the women. Now, these two teams will be connected and united as the Northern Brave. The Northern Brave new playing strip will the same across both male and female teams, representing One Club, Two Teams. The change will see both male and female teams playing under the same brand, and the Northern Districts will be the only Major Association to take this historical step in the 2021/22 season.
Northern Districts’ brief was simple and to the point but deceptively difficult: how to distill the essence of a game loved by millions into a promotional video that truly showcases the new brand, The Northern Brave. We had the pleasure of working with them to scope, script, capture and edit this project from the ground up.
