The Challenge

NZ Food Waikato, a business dedicated to collecting high-quality colostrum from partner farms, approached Launch Agency with the goal of taking their operations to market for the first time. While the company had a strong value proposition for farmers, they lacked the digital presence, marketing infrastructure, and brand clarity needed to attract and convert their target audience. With no established website, no advertising funnel, and brand messaging that didn’t clearly convey their offering, they faced the challenge of building awareness and trust in a traditionally relationship-driven farming sector. The business required not only a strong lead generation system but also a brand that resonated with farmers—helping them understand exactly who NZ Food Waikato is, what they do, and why partnering with them could benefit their farm. The challenge was to launch fast while building a long-term foundation for scalable lead generation and brand growth.

Our Approach

Launch Agency designed a complete go-to-market strategy for NZ Food Waikato, starting with a brand messaging rebuild through a consultative process to ensure every touchpoint clearly communicated the value proposition to farmers. We then designed and developed a high-quality, conversion-focused landing page to act as the central hub for lead generation. To engage and educate the target audience, we coordinated a professional content shoot capturing authentic imagery and videos of the process, products, and farming relationships. A dual-platform Meta and Google Ads funnel was then implemented, combining high-intent search campaigns with targeted social media ads designed to build awareness, drive consideration, and capture leads. Throughout the campaign, we monitored performance closely, refining targeting, creative, and messaging to optimise conversion rates. Our aim was to create both short-term lead flow and long-term brand positioning, ensuring NZ Food Waikato could scale their farmer network with confidence.
