The Challenge

Health 2000, one of New Zealand’s most recognised health and wellness retailers, had been working with agency partners but was seeing little return from online campaigns, with ROAS stuck between 1–2. In a competitive market, the brand needed a strategy that could lift performance quickly, scale sustainably, and strengthen its position both online and in-store.

Our Approach

Launch Agency overhauled Health 2000’s paid media strategy, implementing a high-performance Meta and Google Ads funnel focused on capturing high-intent customers and converting them efficiently. Within the first quarter, ROAS climbed above 5, setting the foundation for sustained growth.

Beyond digital campaigns, we supported nationwide in-store strategies, produced multiple brand-level content pieces, and aligned creative with seasonal and promotional opportunities to maintain market relevance.

The Results
