The Challenge
Levels of You, a specialist hair restoration clinic offering the non-surgical HRP™ treatment, approached Launch Agency for a scalable, results-driven marketing system. At the time, most ad spend was tied up in broad brand campaigns with little measurable return. There was no funnel architecture, tracking, structured creative testing, or data-led decision-making.
Market demand existed, but the account couldn’t reliably convert interest into quality leads. Scaling was risky, audience opportunities were being missed, and the brand needed not just more leads — but a predictable acquisition engine to fuel growth, improve lead quality, and support expansion into new markets.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the growth engine from the ground up — implementing end-to-end tracking, developing CRO-driven audience-specific landing pages, and launching a new performance-focused website. A dedicated female-focused campaign filled a market gap, supported by bespoke creative and its own landing page.

The Results
In the first campaign cycle, Levels of You generated 355 qualified leads at an average CPL of $39.97. The female-focused campaign unlocked incremental growth without increasing CPL, the new website improved conversion rates, and the Australian market strategy delivered a strong start for new partners.
